Pump Control Panel Manufacturer in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Control Panels Company is a pump control panel manufacturer in Saudi Arabia, building duty-standby, booster, sump and transfer pump panels for utilities, industrial plants and building services. Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks from approved drawings, built and tested in our Dammam workshop. Starter type and rating follow your pump schedule.
What you receive: a written proposal with the scope, starter type, standard, lead time and price. We issue the quotation within one working day of receiving your pump schedule or single-line diagram. Request a quotation

What does a pump panel do?
A pump panel starts and stops one or more pumps, protects them and the supply, and tells the operator what is happening. For a single pump it is a starter with overload protection and a hand-off-auto selector. For a pumping station it also decides which pump runs, in what order and when to stop, based on level or pressure signals from the field. Motor starting methods supplied are direct-on-line, star-delta, soft starter and variable frequency drive, matched to the pump size and the strength of your supply.
Pump control panel manufacturer in Saudi Arabia: what we deliver
We build each panel from your pump schedule, supply data and site conditions. The table sets out the scope.
| Panel | Rating | Standard | Lead time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single pump panel | DOL or star-delta starter, overload, phase-failure relay, hand-off-auto selector | IEC 61439-1/-2 | 2–4 weeks |
| Duty-standby and duty-assist panels | Two to four pumps, alternation, fault changeover, run-hour balancing | IEC 61439-1/-2; wiring to IEC 60204-1 | 2–4 weeks |
| Soft-starter and VFD pump panels | Soft starter or variable frequency drive per pump, with optional bypass | IEC 61439-1/-2; IEC 60947-4-2 | 2–4 weeks |
| Large pump groups | Fixed or withdrawable MCC feeders for pump sets | IEC 61439-1/-2 | 4–6 weeks |
| Level and pressure interface | Float, probe, ultrasonic or pressure-transmitter inputs, dry-run and high-level alarms | IEC 60204-1 | Part of build time |
| Factory acceptance test | Routine verification, then each pump circuit simulated with the level signals on the bench | IEC 61439-1/-2 | Included in build time |
We build with ABB, Schneider Electric and Siemens components, mounted in Rittal TS8, AX or VX25 enclosures or local enclosures.
How does a duty-standby pump panel work?
A duty-standby panel runs one pump while the other waits. The panel swaps the lead pump after each cycle or after a set number of running hours, so wear is shared. If the duty pump trips on overload, loses a phase or fails to start, the standby takes over and an alarm lamp and output tell the operator. Duty-assist adds a second pump when level or pressure keeps rising, and drops it out again as demand falls.
We wire the protections that keep pumps alive in the field:
- dry-run protection from a low-level probe or a low-current relay;
- phase-failure and phase-sequence protection;
- motor thermistor or winding-temperature inputs where the pump has them;
- high-level and overflow alarms; and
- a local emergency stop and a hand mode that works with the controls offline.
Which starting method suits your pumps?
Direct-on-line is the lowest cost and is fine when the supply can take the starting current. Star-delta cuts the starting current of larger motors but gives a transition step. A soft starter ramps voltage and is gentle on pipework. A variable frequency drive saves energy where flow varies and lets you hold a constant pressure; see our VFD panels. Tell us the motor ratings, the pipework and the supply fault level, and we recommend the method in the proposal.
How is a pump panel built, tested and delivered?
- Enquiry. You send the pump schedule, supply data and the field signals available.
- Site data. We confirm the starting method, the control voltage, the alarm outputs and the location of the panel.
- Design. We issue the general arrangement, schematics and bill of materials for approval.
- Build. The starters, relays and selectors are mounted and wired in the Dammam workshop.
- Factory acceptance test. We run the routine verification and simulate level changes to prove alternation and fault changeover. You or your inspector can witness the test.
- Delivery. The panel is packed and positioned at your site.
- Documentation. You receive as-built drawings, the test record and the settings sheet.
- Support. We remain available for spare parts and call-outs.
The panel is the hardware. If the station also needs remote telemetry, SCADA and control logic across several pumps, those belong to pump station automation, and we build the panel to the I/O list that work defines.
Where we supply pump panels
Saudi Control Panels Company has worked in Saudi Arabia since 2000 and is approved by Saudi Aramco, SABIC and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. We have worked on projects for all three, and we hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification. Our our Dallah Industrial workshop in Dammam builds more than 150 panels a month.
Pump panels go to water and wastewater stations, cooling-water and chilled-water plant, fire-water and booster sets, irrigation and industrial process transfer. We deliver to every region of Saudi Arabia, and we respond to site requests in the Eastern Province within one working day. See also our MCC panels for large pump groups and water and utilities panels.
Pump control panel questions
Who provides pump control panel manufacturing in Saudi Arabia?
Saudi Control Panels Company provides pump panels from its Dammam workshop, built with ABB, Schneider Electric and Siemens components. We have been active since 2000 and are approved by Saudi Aramco, SABIC and the Royal Commission.
What affects the cost of a pump panel?
The main factors are the number and rating of the pumps, the starting method, whether drives or bypass are included, the enclosure and IP rating, the field signals to be interfaced and the test and documentation level. Send your pump schedule and the proposal itemises how each choice affects the price.
How long does pump panel delivery take?
The typical lead time for a pump panel is 2–4 weeks, and 4–6 weeks when the pumps are fed from an MCC. Drawing approval and the delivery of drives or large starters affect the schedule most.
What is the difference between duty-standby and duty-assist?
Duty-standby runs one pump and keeps another ready to take over on a fault. Duty-assist starts a second pump when demand rises above what one can supply, then stops it as demand falls. Many stations use both: a duty and an assist pump, with a standby behind them.
Can the panel work with our existing level sensors?
Yes. The panel can take floats, conductivity probes, ultrasonic transmitters or 4-20 mA pressure and level transmitters, and we set the inputs up to match. Send us the sensor data sheets and we confirm the interface at the design stage.
What should I send to get a quotation?
Send your pump schedule, single-line diagram or panel drawings, with the supply voltage, starting method and the field signals. The proposal then sets out scope, standard, lead time and price.
