What panels do we build?

Everything below is built to your drawings or to a design we prepare with you. Each page gives ratings, standards and typical lead time. Special-purpose ranges are grouped under panel types.

Panel or service Choose it when Page
LV switchboards, MDB and SMDB You need main and sub-main distribution to Form 1–4b LV switchboards
MCC panels Pumps, fans and process drives need grouped starters MCC panels
PLC and automation panels A controller needs a wired, tested hardware panel PLC panels
Custom control panels The layout or function is specific to your machine or plant Custom control panels
Distribution boards Final distribution to 800 A is the need Distribution boards
Pump, VFD and ATS panels Water, process or standby-power duty Pump panels, VFD panels, ATS panels
Stainless and marine panels Outdoor, coastal, offshore or washdown positions Stainless and outdoor panels, marine panels

Our full range, with ratings and lead times, sits on the control panel manufacturer in Saudi Arabia page. If you need hands to build rather than a design, see OEM and contract panel assembly, build-to-print panels or panel wiring services. For existing boards there is panel modification and retrofit.

How fast can you deliver?

Delivery depends on drawing approval, component supply and panel size. Distribution boards take 1–2 weeks, PLC, pump, ATS and VFD panels 2–4 weeks, LV switchboards 3–5 weeks and MCC panels 4–6 weeks. Our workshop builds more than 150 panels a month, so a standard board does not wait behind a large project. Read our guide to control panel lead times in Saudi Arabia to see what stretches a schedule.

Why do plants and contractors choose us?

We have worked in Saudi Arabia since 2000. We have worked on projects for Saudi Aramco, SABIC and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, and we are approved by all three. Our project list also includes work for Saudi Aramco in Jubail, the Royal Commission in Jizan, Saudi Electricity Company in Jeddah and MODON in Dammam. The approvals page and the approvals hub explain what that means for vendor lists and inspection files.

Our workshop systems for quality, environment and safety are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. We build with ABB, Schneider Electric and Siemens components, in Rittal enclosures where the project calls for them. The make of breakers, contactors and drives follows your specification; see our Partners section, with pages for ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Rittal and seven more brands.

Three things set our work apart:

  • Build quality you can inspect. Power joints are torqued and marked, control wiring is ferruled and labelled, and you see the build as it goes.
  • A test record with every panel. Each board passes our FAT and testing routine to IEC 61439 before dispatch, and your inspector is welcome to witness it.
  • Short lead times without short cuts. Standard ranges are held in the workshop, and drawings are approved before parts are cut.

Which industries do we build for?

Foreign equipment makers can use our local assembly partner service to build 60 Hz panels near their Saudi customers.

Where do we work?

Our office is on King Khalid Street in Al Khobar, and the workshop are in Dammam. Local pages describe the industrial areas, logistics and site-visit planning for Dammam, Al Khobar, Jubail, the Eastern Province, Riyadh, Jeddah and Yanbu. We have delivered projects in all regions of Saudi Arabia.

What should you send for a quotation?

One of the following is enough to start:

  • a single-line diagram;
  • a panel schedule or load list; or
  • OEM drawings with the bill of materials.

If none of these exists yet, send a sketch and the duty of the panel, and our engineers advise on the design. Our panel design and drawings service covers the drawings from there.

How does a project run?

  1. Send your drawings. A diagram, schedule or marked-up sketch is enough.
  2. Receive the quotation. Scope, make list, standard, lead time and price arrive within one working day.
  3. Approve the drawings. We issue general arrangement and wiring drawings for sign-off.
  4. We build. Fabrication, wiring and assembly take place in the Dammam workshop.
  5. Factory acceptance test. We verify wiring, insulation, protection and interlocks and issue the record.
  6. Delivery and handover. Panels are packed and delivered with as-built drawings and manuals.
  7. Support. We stay available for spares, changes and later extensions.

Where can you learn more?

Our engineers publish checklists and worked examples on the control panel blog. Good starting points are how to choose a control panel manufacturer, the control panel cost factors and the IEC 61439 guide for buyers. You can read about the company on the about page and see our experience on the projects page.
